Drying
Drying can be supplied for external and internal environments. They are designed to dry in-shell products, such as hazelnuts, peanuts, pistachios, almonds and walnuts. The Dryers work with heated and ventilated air, by checking the humidity content of the inlet product and the drying level at the exit. They are equipped with internal mixers that allow constant product movement.
Dryers work with low production costs thanks to the energy recovery systems with shell power supply. Besides the easy maintenance, the drying structures allow to get an excellent hygienic level thanks to the used certified food-grade materials.
